François Chaslin – architect, critic and lecturer – was born in 1948. The author of several books (recent works include Un Corbusier, published by Seuil, and André Bruyère, by Editions du Patrimoine), he has also edited the Architecture d’Aujourd’hui review, as well as working for Le Monde, Libération, El Pais and over a hundred other publications. For thirteen years, François produced the weekly architecture programme Métropolitains on the France Culture television channel.
